What is covered

The hikanova.com website and your correspondence with Hikanova through the contact form, email, or WhatsApp.

What is not covered

Data inside our products (Cierra, Closera, Temankas, BuatPerjanjian, Skillora) is governed by the privacy policy on each product's own site.

Contact form

Name, email, topic, and message (required), plus organization name and phone/WhatsApp number (optional).

Direct correspondence

The content and contact details you send us by email or WhatsApp.

Technical data

IP address, browser type, access time, and pages visited, logged automatically by the server for security and operations.

Cookies

Only one functional cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) to remember your language choice. No analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies.

Sensitive data

We do not ask for specific personal data (health, biometric, financial, and similar). Please do not send it through this site.

Replying to you

Answering your questions and following up on your requests, based on the consent you give when sending the message.

Site security

Preventing spam, form abuse, and attacks on the site, based on legitimate interest.

Legal obligations

Meeting obligations under Indonesian law when required by the authorities.

Automated decisions

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling with legal effects on you through this site.

What we don't do

We do not sell personal data, do not use it for advertising, and do not use data from this site to train AI models.

Resend

An email delivery service that forwards contact form submissions to our inbox. Its servers are outside Indonesia.

Hosting provider

Runs the site and stores technical logs. The provider's servers may be outside Indonesia.

WhatsApp

If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's (Meta's) privacy policy.

International transfers

Data is only transferred outside Indonesia to providers with adequate data protection, in line with Article 56 of the PDP Law.

Retention period

Messages and contact details are kept for up to 24 months after our last correspondence, unless they lead to a signed agreement or must be kept by law.

Technical logs

Kept briefly by the hosting provider for security and troubleshooting, and never used by us to profile visitors.

Security

Encrypted connections (HTTPS), data access limited to team members who need it, and service keys stored separately from the code.

Data breaches

If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify you and the relevant authority within 3x24 hours, as required by Article 46 of the PDP Law.

Your rights

To be informed, to access and obtain a copy, to correct, to delete, to withdraw consent, to object, and to restrict processing of your data.

Email halo@hikanova.com with the subject "Personal Data Request". For deletion, follow the steps on the Data Deletion page.

Response time

We confirm your request within 3x24 hours and process it within the time limits set by the PDP Law, once your identity is verified.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with Indonesia's personal data protection authority.

Children

This site is not directed at children. If you are a minor, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us.

Changes

Changes are published on this page with a new effective date. Significant changes will be announced on the site.

Language

This policy is available in Indonesian and English. If the versions differ in meaning, the Indonesian version prevails.
