How to ask Hikanova to delete your personal data, what gets deleted, and how long it takes. Free of charge.
You can request deletion of the following data.
Contact form submissions, emails, and WhatsApp conversations you have sent to Hikanova.
Accounts and data in Cierra, Closera, Temankas, BuatPerjanjian, or Skillora. If the product has its own data deletion page, use it; otherwise, request it by email below and name the product.
One email is enough. The more complete the details, the faster we can process it.
Write to halo@hikanova.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". You can also reach us on WhatsApp +62 851-1122-5586.
Your name, the email or number you used to contact us or sign up, the related product (if any), and which data to delete: all of it or only part.
To make sure the request comes from the data owner, we reply to the email or number on record. We never ask for passwords, PINs, or OTP codes.
You will hear from us at each stage.
We confirm receipt of your request within 3x24 hours.
Once your identity is verified, the data is deleted from our inbox and systems within 14 working days, and we confirm when it is done.
Copies held by our service providers, such as the email delivery service and system backups, are removed according to those providers' retention periods.
Some data may have to be kept. If so, we will tell you why.
Data we are required to keep by law, such as transaction or tax records from a signed agreement, is kept only as long as required and then deleted.
Deleted data cannot be recovered. If you contact us again, new messages are treated as new correspondence.
